Robin Gale (Lame) Pedersen, 67, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, due to complications from a heart attack. Born on July 29, 1957, in New Bedford, Mass., Robin moved with her parents to Riverside, Calif., in 1959, and later to Lewiston in 1970 — a place that became her lifelong home.

On Aug. 3, 1974, Robin married the love of her life, Robert Gregory “Greg” Pedersen, in Lewiston. Together, they built a life rooted in faith, family and love. Robin was a warm, loving and joyful soul who brought laughter and kindness wherever she went. Her radiant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Robin was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Hazel Gale (Martin) Lame and Charles Anthony Lame. She is survived by her devoted husband of over 50 years, Greg Pedersen, and their three children: Andrea (Pedersen) Bolen and husband Brian; Ryan Pedersen and wife Carrie; and Justin Pedersen and wife Brooke. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Tanner, Brynn and Seth Bolen; Carter, Jaxsen and BreeElla Pedersen.

Robin is also survived by her sisters, Kelley (Lame) Parsons and Jodi (Lame) Bolon and husband Rob; her father-in-law, Boyd Pedersen; her beloved pup, Izzy; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly.

Robin’s faith in Jesus Christ was central to her life. She and Greg served faithfully in ministry for over 30 years, offering love, guidance and support to countless people in their community. Robin cherished time with family and friends, delighted in movies, music, and laughter, and especially loved the ocean and visits to Disneyland. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.

Robin will be remembered for her open heart, infectious laugh and deep love for life. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, joy and compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

A memorial service to celebrate Robin’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at River City Church, 2102 Eighth St., Lewiston. All are welcome to attend.
